Book Reader Award!

Belle’s awards from last year and this year! We are so proud!

Do you enjoy reading? On May 16, 2025 HHCR held our graduation and moving up ceremony. One child graduated Kindergarten and 3 kids graduated Elementary School. The teachers of HHCR also take this time to celebrate all the different accomplishments of the kids of HHCR over the school year! *Belle is 8 years old. She and her older sister have been at HHCR for 4 years. Belle has really excelled in school receiving many awards! Our personal favorite is the Book Reader Award! Belle has checked out more books than any other student at HHCR. Belle’s book log is longer than all others at the school. Belle has won this award 2 years in row! She loves to read! Her passion to read and learn is positively affecting her other areas of life. She is helpful to the younger girls at HHCR teaching them the church performance dance steps, or proper pronunciation of English words. Belle is scoring the highest marks in her class. And last week Belle was the drummer for the Kids Church Band presentation! Belle loves learning and she loves the Lord!

Thank you for believing in Belle and all students at HHCR!

Way to GO Clara and Lincoln! We love you and are VERY proud of you!

Proud Parents!

Williford kids Clara and Lincoln are graduating High School!

We are so proud of Clara and Lincoln for their accomplishments. They have worked hard and overcome adversity! Clara and Lincoln came to the Philippines when they were very young. Clara was 3 years old and Lincoln was only 2. They have grown up in the missions world. They have never attended public school. They have never attended a pep-rally, or a Homecoming game. However, they have ridden elephants. They have visited 3 continents, and at least 8 different countries! They can speak Cebuano (the local language in our part of the Philippines). And they have made friends from all over the world! This past 5 years they survived a super typhoon that hit our campus directly. They spent countless hours in our Speed the Light van using the only cellular data signal we could find to complete their online courses. They have spent the last years in an international school, where they have thrived. They are smart, tough, understanding, and kind hearted!

Clara and Lincoln will graduate with high scores in their classes. They have been accepted into the colleges of their choice. They plan to start college in August!

We are so proud of you Clara and Lincoln! We love you!

USA Bound!

Williford Family 2025

Starting June 1, the Williford Family will be in the USA for 12 months. We have not lived in the USA since 2019. We feel like so much has happened in our life and the world since then! We are excited to see family and YOU!

This past mission term started in January 2020. We landed in the Philippines for our 4th term as missionaries serving at HHCR. Soon after landing, COVID hit the world! The Philippines holds the world record for having the longest lasting COVID protocols. The kids and our family endured more than 400 days of Lockdown on the campus of HHCR. During this term, we also were hit with a super typhoon! Kelli lost her mom to cancer, and her grandpa passed away, too.

But the Lord has blessed us and the kids of HHCR. Our school is now accredited with the Department of Education. High School graduates now have college scholarships. New beds for the kids of HHCR. Every year more newly rescued kids are brought to HHCR. Kids are being healed, and coming to know the Lord. Baptisms. Mission Teams. And so much more… God is faithful!

Thank YOU for being a part of our mission journey! God bless you!

We will RETURN to the Philippines in the summer of 2026.

The children at HHCR are amazing people! They are here because those who should have loved and protected them did not or could not. Now, HHCR has taken on the responsibility of raising them. And we love what we do! But any parent of teenagers can tell you that feeding and educating teens is not easy or cheap! At HHCR, we do our best to keep our costs down. Each meal is only a $1.50. Education is about $3 a day. But then there are family visits, court cases, medical needs, clothes, shoes, counseling… These are daily needs. You can help! $5 or $50, no gift is too small. Every donation goes towards helping raise the amazing children at HHCR! Thank you.
