Earthquakes and Typhoons
A coconut tree fell on the younger girls’ dorm during the recent typhoon. No girls were hurt, praise the Lord!
The Philippines has endured multiple MAJOR natural disasters in the last several of weeks!
In late September, the Philippines was shaking due to earthquakes. The biggest were on the islands of Cebu and Mindanao. Even after these strong earthquakes, there were hundreds of aftershocks!
The first week of November, Cebu was hit by a huge typhoon! There was heavy flooding in many cities.
Please pray for the Philippines!
We are helping churches in the Philippines to rebuild and help their communities. See the donation link below.
HHCR also has sustained damage that we need to repair. Wall damage due to a huge boulder and now roof damage due to the typhoon. See donation link below.
You can be a blessing right now!
These funds are collected by AGWM - Assemblies of God World Missions - to help churches all over the Philippines during times of natural disasters.
These funds are collected by HHCR to help with HHCR disaster-related repairs AND to help our local community during times of natural disasters.

The children at HHCR are amazing people! They are here because those who should have loved and protected them did not or could not. Now, HHCR has taken on the responsibility of raising them. And we love what we do! But any parent of teenagers can tell you that feeding and educating teens is not easy or cheap! At HHCR, we do our best to keep our costs down. Each meal is only a $1.50. Education is about $3 a day. But then there are family visits, court cases, medical needs, clothes, shoes, counseling… These are daily needs. You can help! $5 or $50, no gift is too small. Every donation goes towards helping raise the amazing children at HHCR! Thank you.
